If you want to return for a refund or exchange any Kamagra medications bought from our website because your doctor has changed or modified your prescription for any reason, please note that we cannot refund such requests.

We encourage customers to follow their doctor’s instructions, but we cannot cancel the Kamagra orders shipped to you. We cannot provide you with any refund for medicines that have left our storage house. Therefore, we recommend you consult your doctor or GP in Australia before placing a purchase order online.

Refund Policy

If you want a refund of your Kamagra products for any reason, such as your order was not delivered in time or was damaged in transit, let us know, and we’ll look into this for you regarding a refund.

Also, if you have received a partial order, we will refund you after charging only for the product (s) you received.

If the delivered Kamagra was different from what you ordered, we will refund you.

Kamagra Australia holds the full right to reduce or deduct the amount that a customer is entitled to receive if the requested order for a return does not meet our policies.

How do you get back your refund?

To get back your money you will have to send us your bank account details. shortly after we accept your refund order we will send you an email confirming the amount of the refund. This amount is the exact amount after deducting all the charges and taxes.

Remember that all refund orders are refunded by online transfer. No other mode including cash or draft modes is entertained.

You will have to provide us the right details of your Australian bank account. It is entirely your responsibility to check with the bank on whether the account has been credited.
